Humans aren’t as alone as they choose to believe. Every human possesses a trait of supernatural that lays dormant within their genetic make-up. Centuries of diluting and breeding have allowed humans to think they are alone and untouched by magic. But what happens when something changes?

Neat freak lab tech, Lily Banner lives her life as any ordinary human. She’s dedicated to her work and loves to hang out with her friends at Dante’s Circle, their local bar. When she discovers a strange blue dust at work she meets a handsome stranger holding secrets -- and maybe her heart. But after a close call with a thunderstorm, she may not be as ordinary as she thinks.

Shade Griffin is a warrior angel sent to Earth to protect the supernaturals’ secrets. One problem, he can’t stop leaving dust in odd places around town. Now he has to find every ounce of his dust and keep the presence of the supernatural a secret. But after a close encounter with a sexy lab tech and a lightning quick connection, his millennia old loyalties may shift and he could lose more than just his wings in the chaos.

Reviews for Carrie Ann Ryan

“This author better write the next books quickly or I will Occupy Her Lawn until she releases more!  Pure romance enjoyment here. Now go put this on your TBR pile -- shoo!”

“Reading this book was like watching an incredible new movie. Better than watching a movie, in fact. Each page turn brings humor, passionate characters (and some characters that aren’t so passionate, for sure!) and leaves the reader with a satisfaction beyond words. Five Books does not come close to doing this book justice. From werewolves to angels, Ryan knows what her readers want and just how to deliver it! I am highly anxious to read more of Dante’s Circle books, especially Ambrose’s story! Now that’s another sexy angel for another review... oh and did I mention I adore the cover on this book? (Why are you still sitting there? Go grab a copy now!“

An Interview with Carrie Ann Ryan
By Holly Hewson for The Romance Studio

HH: Carrie Ann, thank you for talking with us at TRS! Your featured book is Dust of My Wings and is part of your Dante’s Circle series. What can you tell us about the series and where you got the idea for it?

CAR: Hi! Thank you so much for letting me stop by. Dust of My Wings is the first book in my Dante’s Circle series that starts out a seven book adventure. It came out in 2012 and the second book comes out April 23rd! Her Warriors’ Three Wishes is almost here! How did I come up with the series? Well I wanted a world where the humans aren’t so human. Each person has a dormant strain of DNA that can change them into a type of supernatural if something…strikes them. Yes, you’ll see what happens and how each of my seven women will turn into a wolf, siren, cat, or something more.

HH: How does Dust of My Wings continue it?

CAR: Dust of My Wings kicks the whole series off where you meet Lily and her six friends who, when they find their other half -- or halves -- will turn into a paranormal creature

HH: What do you like best about Lily and why will readers be cheering for her?

CAR: I love the fact that she’s quirky. She’s a little OCD and has to have things certain ways. And when Shade comes it to mess it all up? Oh yes, too much fun.

HH: What do you like best about Shade and why will readers love him?

CAR: Other than the fact he’s one sexy angel? Well, I love the way he takes care of Lily and then lets her take care of herself.

HH: What can you tell us about the books to come in the series?

CAR: There are six more books in the series, one about each of the women you’ll meet. The next is Her Warriors’ Three Wishes, Jamie’s story while she meets not one, but two mates. Its action and heat packed and I can’t wait.

HH: What else do you have in store for lucky readers?

CAR: I have so much more! More in my Holiday Montana, Redwood Pack, Keys of Fate series and even more!

HH: What do you enjoy most about being an author?

CAR:I love creating new characters and seeing what they’re up to. HH: How has your writing career changed since you started out?

CAR: I’m now a full time author and I’m even scared than I was before. But I love it. = )

HH: What do you think has been the most positive change?

CAR: I’m now able to go for it and remember that I love writing -- no matter what.

HH: Where can readers find you online?

CAR: Come on over to my website!

HH: Thank you!
