Reviews for Friends to Lovers
4 1/2 Stars from M/M good Book Reviews: I recommend this novel to anyone who wants to read three amazing little stories about how friends become lovers and one in the same.
5 Stars for Blind Love: Arthur Bedwyr/Goodreads: A gem. One of the best novellas I've read.
5 Stars from The Novel Approach: Friends to Lovers, a three-story compilation that is, by turns, the perfect blend of anxiety and heartache and hope, delivered in three very different tales. Blind Love by Sedonia Guillone is, simply put, gorgeous.

An Interview with Sedonia Guillone
By Holly Hewson for The Romance Studio
HH: Thank you so much for talking with us at TRS. Your featured book is Friends to Lovers and features three wonderful sizzling tales. Where did the idea for this compilation come about?
SG: I wanted to do an anthology with D.H. Starr because we work so well together and we have similar styles. We both tend toward m/m romances that feature friends who are in love so the idea kind of just popped into my head one day. Lol.
HH: What can you tell us about each story?
SG: The story settings are quite varied. It Was Always You by D.H. Starr takes place in New York and the heroes are young urban professionals. Blind Love is set in feudal Japan between a young samurai and his childhood friend whose parents were servants in his father's house. Skating For Gold is set in small town America between an aspiring Olympic skater and his trainer, a former Olympic men's figure skating medalist.
HH: How are the separate stories twined together for this work?
SG: Aside from that each story is touching and sensual, as the title of the collection suggests, each couple are men who are in love with their best friend and must overcome certain obstacles whether inner or outer in order to be with his soulmate.
HH: What was it like co-authoring this project?
SG: Fun. We each wrote stories in our favorite theme, completely close to our hearts.
HH: What else do you have in store for lucky readers?
SG: I'm currently finishing up my next White Tigers novel, which has been my favorite series to write and D.H.Starr is currently writing a project with another author. Details to come in the near future. :)
HH: How does 2013 promise to be different from 2012 for you?
SG: Gee, all I can say about that is that it's a new year and hopefully will be better than 2012. I can only pray.
HH: Where do you find inspiration for your stories?
SG: I find inspiration in various sources. My main inspiration is the man in my life. He inspires all my heroes. A far as storylines and settings I find a lot of inspiration in the history of feudal Japan and in modern day Tokyo. I can't say exactly why, though. My mind and heart are just drawn there.
HH: What's your writing schedule like?
SG: Since I opened Ai Press in 2010 and became a publisher as well as an author, the amount of time and energy I have for writing is greatly reduced but I do my best to balance writing my own work with editing that of the authors I publish.
HH: What's your favorite way to interact with readers?
SG: I Iike interacting with readers on Facebook for the most part because we can get glimpses into each other's lives, comment on statuses and photos and encourage each other. I really appreciate hearing from readers very much. Their words of praise and encouragement are incredibly inspiring and often give me the push I need to write when my creative energy is flagging.
HH: What are you most looking forward to in 2013?
SG: As far as writing goes I'm really looking forward to finishing at White Tigers novel, Men of Tokyo: Forbidden Cravings and publishing it.
HH: Thank you!
