Queen Jacey has always had fantasies about having sexual relations with a man; she knows this will never be allowed for it is forbidden for queens to have a relationship with a man. When the breeders capture Queen Jacey she assumes it’s to discredit her. When they tie her down and shove a male into her room she knows that it’s forbidden but this will be her only chance to fulfill her fantasies and she plans on making the most of this opportunity.

Ben knows he must escape to warn his brothers but he can’t help wanting and falling in love with Queen Jacey. Now he wanders if he will be able to overcome her training and belief that all men should be treated as slaves and that if trained they will try to dominate and hurt women. Queen Jacey has never wanted a man or trusted a man likes she does Ben, now she wonders how she is going to be able to say goodbye and leave him for that is what her duty requires of her.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story and found it very exciting. The chemistry between Jacey and Ben is so hot and steamy, and then watching Jacey overcome her fears and training to follow her heart is a magical experience. There are some scenes of light BDSM nothing heavy and it is beautifully done and a very important part of the story line. This is the second book in this series, but you don’t need to have the read the first one to enjoy this book. I highly recommend this book especially if you like futuristics this one is very well done, and the world that Ms. Agony and Ms. Springer has created is very believable and make a wonderful place to visit through this read. I can’t wait for the next installment in this series and hope that it is coming soon.
