Ray is a geek, he admits it even to himself. He is that type of guy that loves to play video games and sketch. The first sight of the tempting and untouchable Lou has him hard, babbling, and for some reason sneezing. Ray is a bit of a klutz and can not see why the sexy and tattooed Lou could ever want him.

Lou, our sexy shape-shifter, finds himself intrigued by this shy creature. A strong and fast forward moving man he quickly finds a way to latch onto Ray. Lou is used to taking what he wants and he wants Ray.

This is a story that brings lycans and mortals together with an easy style that is practically seamless. Slow romance is not in the books for Ray and Lou. Ray seems to be irresistible to Lou and other lycans. Lou wants nothing more than to mate and claim Ray, but he is afraid of scaring him off. I laughed out loud reading this wonderfully sexual story. Lou makes a joke that Ray seems to be allergic to him, he does not know how true that is. Lou comes off as the alpha in this relationship and Ray, needing to feel protected and loved, lets him. While a clear alpha in their relationship, Lou is anything but when around the rest of his pack.

T. A. Chase makes myth into reality with a twist. All those folklores about lycans are nowhere near as true as they seem. The ups and downs in this story work with ease. The jealous sexy lover and the plain and shy partner have never looked as good as they do with Lou and Ray. This story is both plot and sex from the outside force making a threat on the pack to the explicitly detailed sexual moments of our two lovers. Though the ending leaves a bit to be desired, this is an easy story to recommend for anyone looking for an edge of your seat, too hot for words romance.
