| All Or Nothing is the story of a seventeen year-old girl who had a crush on the boy next door since she had been eleven years old. Justin Hastings broke her heart by enlisting in the Marine Corps when he turned nineteen, leaving Roberta or "Bobbie" as friends called her heartbroken. Bobbie had been devestated, but she grew up, met and married Roger Clemments who wanted to play in the NFL. A freak accident ended his career and left him bitter. Once Bobbie found out that he had stolen money from her father and almost caused him to lose his auto repair shop, Bobbie threw him out and divorced him. Bobbie could not believe that he could be so low, but she should have known better since they had been married for five years. she was just glad that they never had children. To be tied to that rat for years was unthinkable and she gave thanks for that! Bobbie vowed to never trust a man again.
In the shop that she now owned since her father's death, Bobbie struggled to loosen a rusty bolt on a customer's truck and try as she might the dang bolt would not give. She was the best mechanic in Centre County. Bobbie knew that it was going to be a day from hell when the last person that she ever wanted to see again walked into her shop looking for a job and a place to spend the night-- and he was still drop dead gorgeous! Justin Hastings had never stopped loving Bobbie--he just never realized that fact until he married Janette and looking back, he saw they they resembled each other. Since Justin was lonely and Jannette looked so much like Bobbie he swept Jannette off her feet but it was not until he had made love to her on their wedding night that he knew he had made a mistake-- she was not Bobbie. Then it had been too late to turn back because Jannette was pregnant. Justin tried to make his marriage work but he was still in the service and Janette was in love with herself. Years later when Janette sought a divorce, Justin did not fight it nor sought custody of his daughter as he was still in the service. It was not until years later when he ran into an old buddy that he found out that Janette was dead and that she came from a wealthy family! Now, in the process of trying to get custody of his daughter, his lawyer told him that it would be better if he had a wife. Would Bobbie help him get his daughter or was she still angry at him after all of this time? Barbara Sheriden is an excellent writer using good sexual situations to her advantage by using a girl once rejected in a young crush when the boy leaves to join the Marines. All or Nothing is anexcellent read that is very believeable as it could apply to any female, it flowed smoothly, and there was just the right amount of sex. I highly recommend this book!
