Jake Reardon was a very determined man. 20 years ago he made the biggest mistake of his life by not listening to Rachel and now he plans to fix that by any means necessary. When Rachel’s son is injured and both of them have to move to Jake’s ranch while Clint recovers It seems the perfect opportunity for Jake to convince Rachel to forgive him. But when Jake learns the secrets that Rachel has been hiding it may be Jake that has to learn to forgive Rachel

This is the first book I have ever read by Barri Bryan and I must say that I really enjoyed it. It was a refreshing story with a great group of characters that worked well together. I will definitely be looking for other books by this great writing duo.
