| Lacey visits her godmother and meets Lars, Damien, Wes, and Seth. She is instantly drawn to all four of them but knows she can't stay. She is on the run from her past and trying to help a friend escape her abusive husband. She doesn't count on the men claiming her as their mate and finding out they are werewolves. The men have finally learned to tolerate each other and now they have to adjust to sharing their mate with each other. It's a learning process for all of them.
This author is great at endearing her characters to the reader. All four men were alpha to the core yet once they meet Lacey, their priorities change to include her in their lives. Lacey was a great character also. Her best traits are what caused her the most trouble with her men. I loved the humor in the story. Lacey was great at handling the four men and humbling them to her. I also liked how time passed in the book so that we were able to see how they worked out their differences. It made the relationship work for me. The sex scenes were definitely intense as you would expect with four men and one woman. Even the individual sex scenes were provocative and erotic. I especially enjoyed the epilogue, which showcased how far they had come in their relationship and also cleared up what happened with her abused friend.
