As one of the lowest members of the pack, Blue has no right to even be thinking about the Alpha's new find. Yet thinking about Gabriel is all that he can do. When one of the other wolves threatens Gabriel, will Blue step up? Or will he forever hide?

This is an emotionally packed story that had me right from the start. Blue is a strong willed young man who finally finds something worth fighting for. Gabriel is a devoted and resourceful man who loves with his whole heart. The two make a great pair. The bond that begins to blossom between the two is a good read. The love that the two share shines right off of the pages. I really enjoyed seeing Blue come out of his shell and start to find himself as he finds a bond with Gabriel. Both wolves endear themselves to the reader as does the alpha, who shows that he sees and knows more than what people think. James, the rival wolf to Blue, is a mean and sadistic man who only cares for himself and watching Blue decide whether or not he is willing to fight him was an intriguing read, which only helped in making the ending of this story more magical.

Louisa Gough does a wonderful job of pulling the reader into the world of the pack and keeps you entertained all the way until the end. This was a well written, fast paced story with characters full of depth and emotion. I would love to revisit this pack and meet more of the members. The author does a good job at fleshing out the characters as well as describing the fight scene between the two wolves. With just the right amount of action and love this is a book that should not be missed.
