Cousins Rorik and Kirce are close like brothers, a bond forged when they were young. Now adults, they share dreams of a woman who holds their destiny in her hands. When she turns up in their world, Kirce is more than willing to give into the desire that consumes, leaving a reluctant Rorik fighting for control.

Amethyst Dreams is the sequel to Amethyst Moon. It can stand alone. It’s highly erotic with well written love scenes – lots of them, that certainly raise temperatures. I would, however, liked to have learned more about the world that Rorik and Kirce live. I felt that the little information about this world the author wrote into this novel wasn’t enough for me. It felt flat and left me with too many unanswered questions. As with the characters, especially the guys, there was really not much in the way of conversation between them which is unusual. Normally I like N. J. Walters' books very much.
