Geoff, a human who has lived his entire life as a slave, is fascinated by Ardis, a burly humanoid with a thick, furry pelt that covers most of his body. Their first encounter off the battlefield is sexual in nature, a leisurely and erotic getting-to-know-you exploration that heats up the pages. But it’s the emotions behind the sensual acts that draw readers into the plight of these two lonely men. A page-turner with wonderful characters, And Then… also offers an intriguing plot. Readers who enjoy their science fiction heavy on the romance with a dollop of advanced technology and futuristic intrigue will love this steamy read.
