| Kerry Satterfield is an FBI agent on the trail of a kidnapper who molests young boys. So far he hasn’t killed, but it is probably only a matter of time. She was determined to get this guy, but she needs a break. She was desperate enough to follow an anonymous tip and was kidnapped for her trouble. She woke up in bed handcuffed to a man on each side. She recognized one of them as Frank Ogden who, as a teenager, had defended and befriended her until his family moved away. He makes her so hot, but could they relieve the itch while she is handcuffed to a second man? Well… he is asleep.
Armed and Amorous is a really good book. Some of the plot elements push the limit but passed as strange but believable. Once I’d accepted the premise, I enjoyed the story. There are some very exciting sex scenes. There is one ménage scene that some readers might find objectionable because of the homoerotic element. There are two men and one woman, but it is one of the men in the middle of the sandwich. The scene focuses on the sex between Kerry and Frank so I didn’t really notice that Roy had changed sides until the end of the scene. It is tastefully written, but also very erotic and arousing. I felt the apprehension of the criminal lacked a bit in imagination, but the main focus of this book is on the sex and the relationship between the three main characters rather the suspense. Three scarred and lonely people manage to come together to create a place to belong and a family to belong in. I really enjoyed Armed and Amorous and I’m certain you will too.
