Justice, warrior of Atlantis, has been trapped by a vampire goddess in a void with no escape. And it's all to save brothers who can't acknowledge him. Dr. Keely McDermott is an archeologist with a gift that allows her to see an object's history by touch. When she finds a carved fish it shows her a man with blue hair who seems to be part of the past and also her destiny. Can these two very different beings find a way to work together to help save the world?

Alyssa Day has penned another fantastic love story with the kind of characters I adore. Justice and his fellow warriors are all that we could ever want in male heroes. The addition of women to their lives who are just as strong, or stronger in many ways, helps to make them all better. We expect the men to be men but these guys definitely need a woman's spunk and determination to help bring them into the twenty-first century.

The whole book seems to come alive with Ms. Day's ability to craft people, places and scenarios with words that help us visualize them easily. Sometimes too easily as the vampires they battle ooze green stuff and don't go down easily when they're angry!

All of the ingredients that make a book great are present as the love story of Justice and Keely blends well into the Atlantean warriors fight to find the stones stolen from Poseidon's trident. There's humor, romance, steamy sex, and wonderful interactions among the characters that help make this a series that draws me in and leaves me with a sense of satisfaction. It's a must read for me as it continues to satisfy all of my cravings for excellent fiction.
