Several years later, Seri had planned to ‘settle’ for Doug, a man who was looking for a trophy wife to go with his Cambridge education and his upcoming CEO position. Unfortunately, he wanted Seri, but she had to be completely overhauled. Meanwhile, she was working as a Patrol Leader of the ski patrol at the Sierra High Resort. And then, Chad came to work as an instructor there during the off season.

Ms. Carolina Valdez has written a fast-paced, sports action filled book about a couple who was, then weren’t, then might be again? Neither of them could answer that question—at least not when Chad had his accident. She has presented us with some dynamic main characters who loved what they did and kept in touch with each other even though not admitting interest in each other. She created her storyline around these established people and the action just kept happening.

This author has penned a story with a fresh plot and solid activity to maintain the reader’s interest. It was fun to watch these young people doing what they were trained to do and not feeling that the story was forced. The sexual scenes were explicit, but tasteful. There were several encounters, but they were enhanced by the vibrant romance saga.
