| Hailey Burke disliked Zack Creighton with a passion. They couldn't be in the same room without sparks flying so how could one mad moment of lusty, satisfying sex, with a man she detested, turn her life upside-down?
Making love with Hailey had been a lapse in sanity that threatened to burn Zach to a crisp. He didn't care if she blamed the full moon, the beer they drank, karma, timing... he just didn't care. She belonged to him, come hell or high water. Leeanne Kenedy is a new voice to this reviewer, one I thoroughly enjoyed and will pursue in the future. Her humor was contagious, reflecting both male and female POV in this tangled story about two people who think they have nothing in common, only to find out there is more to their relationship than first thought. This short, spicy story offered a lot of punch for its length and I found myself thinking, 'this sounds a lot like...' After all, who hasn't had a friend who was stubborn about seeing love, even after it bites them on the butt?
