One drizzling, windswept, ice cold evening Nate came upon Sera’s listless body after she totals her sports car. Nate carries Sera to a hospital and sticks around to make sure she's doing fine. One day she unexpectedly finds out that Nate and Fab are vampires as well as co-owners of the Bar None. As time flies by, their friendship with Sera blossoms to best friends.

Call it fate, call it wishful thinking. As Sera came out of a duped affair, she realizes she loves Nate only to learn a little later that she loves Fab as well, and she wants them both, badly. When she discovers they are all lovelorn, she plots to get closer to them. They’d warned Sera as to how dangerous it was to make love to a vampire. Sera soon discovers with Fab’s help, how to bypass the danger.

As far as Bar None goes, it is a good read, the novella flows nicely. The sexual imagery is very well written and flows from the beginning. Sera shows us she’s a strong willed woman, despite some trepidation, and she advances the story. The book reads like a film in action where the scenes move in and out.
