| For three years, Dr. Nathan Greer has been a vampire, and out of the blue Tyrsgard Madds, almost seven foot tall and a Viking vampire approaches claiming Nathan his master. Tyr informs Nathan without him he cannot survive. Guillermo Perez is not only a club owner but a master vampire and is Nathan’s lover and he utterly hates Tyr. Nathan feels vital when he is with Gui. Because the bond was created a long time ago, Gui doesn’t wish to share Nathan with Tyr, no matter what. Nathan wishes that he wasn’t in this predicament. He would rather only have to deal with his own Beast instead of two. After the Master vampire, Min, dealt cruelly with his lover Gui, he had no idea that he would be stuck with Tyr but killing Min, brought Tyr into his life. With the new development, Gui worries that he will lose Nathan to Tyr; but Tyr only wants something that he hasn’t had for over 700 hundred years and that is his free will to do as he pleases.
The Beast 3: Old Ways, New Days is a delightful read, but now I must read the previous books to see the whole ambience of the story. Still I found this one an entertaining read. The spice that instills within the good doctor and two other gentleman vampires is quite delicious. The compelling story that Ms. George blends in with the characters makes it well worth the read and keeps the readers interest. At times I felt that Tyr needed a bit more understanding and wanted to reach out to him. The erotic storyline was sharp and I could almost see their expressions in their dialogue. Ms. George blends a splendid tale of forgiveness and love that others could learn if they only follow. She creates an intriguing story that shouts for more. Her cleverly composed story had a way of drawing this reader into the action.
