Trina knows who she is but does not let on that she does. Caprice Daniels is the daughter of Regis Daniels the movie mogul. Trina decides that she may be able to use Caprice for her own purposes and decides to keep her as a prisoner also. This is how this trip into insanity begins.
Beautiful Devil is named for the act that Prince does at the club. He is the beautiful devil. With his devil costume and the fire all around the stage he appears as the perfect embodiment of the prince of evil. This is a story filled with fascinating and colorful characters. First you have Prince who has worked from waiter to number one dancer. He can have any woman he wants because of his good looks and he knows it. He is very passionate and highly lustful giving into his needs whenever they occur. Trina is a fifty-year old ex-star. She is beautiful for her age but not the beauty of a twenty year old. She does not like the fact that she is getting older. She is used to using her body to get what she wants and not being rejected. It is not beyond this character to make a deal with the devil. Klaus is her chauffer. He was once a stuntman at the studio but he gave it up to work for his idol Trina. He will do anything for her, even kill if she asks. This is a fascinating story of insanity and obsession. It was not what I was expecting. This is a complex story that has many surprises in store for the reader. Audrey Godwin has written an adventure that will blow you away. The story by itself is marvelous. Then to make things even more interesting you have the added erotic scenes. The sex is beautifully choreographed and it is like watching it happen as you read. The sex is both passionate and stimulating. The dialogue is well written and easy to follow. There is also a mystery to be solved in this story. What evil was Caprice running from and will it find her before she remembers? There is a paranormal angle to this story but I wondered if it is not the insanity spreading. Sometimes evil doesn't die, it comes back for you and sometimes you may escape one prison just to find yourself in another; seem to be the running themes in this story. I feel readers that enjoy an erotic adventure with a hint of paranormal will highly enjoy reading, Beautiful Devil.
