| Delilah was the epitome of a spoiled rich girl but people didn’t know what happened inside her ivory tower. She ran away from that life at sixteen and now she’s back after twelve years. Her old boyfriend, Blake, never stopped thinking about her, and now that she’s back in town, he’s going to do whatever he can to make her stay.
Beautiful Girl is an exceptional story that will touch every emotion. The author made me smile and cry while my heart broke for the heroine. This book was so well written that I literally could not put it down until reading the last page. The hero and the heroine as well as the supporting characters held my interest. I loved how the hero was alpha but still tender and caring towards the heroine and how she had so much angst but still was able to overcome her past to be the woman the hero needed. The author dealt with a very sensitive subject matter in such a way that it didn’t distract the reader from the romance, but instead added to the romance in the story. The sexual tension was allowed to build until this reader was squirming in my seat. I can’t recommend this book enough. Anybody that loves the premise of friends becoming lovers will surely love this book.
