| Valentine's Day a day for lovers, lost loves and new ones. Dave Barnett down on his luck and unemployed he stumbles into a bar where he finds Tyler Spencer. While trying to drown his sorrows in glass after glass of beer it's Tyler who comes to his rescue and that costs her her job. Two people with nothing in common but unemployment find that fate has placed them on the road to an adventure they will never forget. In a storm they are whirled back in time to 1692 on a slave ship headed for Port Royal. It is there after sold in slavery they learn the reason for their being whisked back in time even though it sounded a bit far fetched. This story has all the adventure of an Errol Flynn movie and I liked Errol Flynn. If you enjoy swashbuckling sagas and the time travel back to that time I recommend this book. It's not one to be read only once for it's a keeper and Ms. Beckenham has done an excellent job on this.
