The prominent Mrs. Bobbie Dean insisted that Liza’s company, which also presented the event of the year prepare for this doggie wedding. Mr. Gerald Dean was offering to pay Main Events, Party Planners, almost as much as he annually paid her for producing his New Year’s Eve party. Liza could imagine this would make her a laughing stock until Becky came up with the idea of an auction for the SPCA.
While preparing for the event, a couple of colts came from the barn and started mutilating the decorations. Liza was mesmerized by the cowboy who reigned in the two horses. Neither was sure about the other, but the chemistry was combustible. Blake Dean, son of the party-givers, was spellbound with Ms. Liza DeLane. He had first seen her last New Year’s Eve at his parents’ party and decided that this time he would get acquainted with her. The characters in Ms. Mari Freeman’s fast-paced novel are incredible. Not only did she present us with an alpha male; she gave us a strong alpha female. The storyline is great, the sensual scenes are steamy, and the outcome is somewhat unpredictable. I recommend that anyone will love this story, and the cowboy is definitely a plus.
