Bree is stuck in a dead end job and is feeling like his life just sucks. He's not where he wants to be in his life, and the only time he feels free is if he's riding his Harley and out partying. When he's out, he's free to dress, talk, and be what he wants to be. When he's invited out for a night on the town after a bad day, he jumps at the chance. Little does he know how that decision will change his life...

The moment Julian sees Bree's picture, he knows that's the man he's been looking for to share his life and lifestyle. Even though he looks the opposite of what people would expect Julian to go for, he knows better. The trouble is, Julian is a vampire, and he lives a VERY long life. Bree is just a human, but he's going to become much more...

The chemistry between Julian and Bree is electric from the moment they meet. Unfortunately, it takes them what seems like forever before they meet in the flesh, so to speak. Once they meet, things move along at an incredibly rapid pace, as if to make up for lost time. From the start of the book, Bree's dead end job is described in detail, as well as his eccentric neighbors and friends. The bar that he is taken to is great, and I liked how Bree just jumped right into the party without missing a beat. The Brotherhood 2: Bite Me is one that would definitely be easier to understand if you've read the first one, so if you are interested you should pick up the first one in the series, The Brotherhood: Amour Magique.
