Evangeline Anderson writes a wonderful story about love and trust, drawing the reader into her world from the first page. Even though this is definitely a hot read this story is much more. It delves deeply into the emotions of Jacqueline and has the reader empathizing with her yet also wanting to yell at her to just forget all her misconceptions and grab that golden ring. I enjoyed seeing the two begin to have genuine feelings for each other and the results that come of it. Jacqueline may be a strong woman in the courtroom but seeing her submissive side in her personal life made for an interesting read. Ryan can play her Dominant or Jacqueline's equal. He is a great hero who loves his heroine with all his heart and is willing to sacrifice all for her. Watching Jacqueline finally realize that and much more was great I will certainly be on the look out for more books from this author.
