I usually love a great vampire read but sadly this wasn't as good as I expected it to be. Ms. Bentley did an excellent job creating her characters and the story is challenging. I would have liked to see more plot. This story does change the way one thinks when they think of a vampire. It's a novella, a short, fast read. If this is your type of read then this story is for you. Keep in mind there's violence, adult content, and explicit sexual content.
