| 'Blood Kiss,' is the story of a vampire serial killer. Sarah Connelly's roommate was always sexually promiscuous. She liked sex and she liked telling Sarah all the juicy details. When Tori started talking about her latest lover Sarah listened as the friend she was. Tori said her lover enjoyed biting right at the moment of climax. This really turned Tori on. Sarah did not think much of this until she comes home and finds her friend dead, drained of blood with a bite mark on her neck. She is not the only one that will die this way. When Sarah starts having visions where she is seeing out of the eyes of the killer things get really scary. That's when she meets Nick Mancusa. Nick is a vampire and he is looking for a killer. Sarah will end up helping Nick and a relationship between the two develops.
'Blood Kiss,' a very appropriate title when dealing with vampires. This is an interesting story of a vampire hunting another vampire. The original aspect of Sarah being psychically linked with the killer makes the story. The two main characters are very engaging. Sarah is a young, sweet, college student forced to view the murders through the eyes of the killer. She is afraid that the killer will come after her. Nick is a sexy vampire that will do anything to stop the killing and protect Sarah. The dialogue is fluid and easily followed. The plot to find the killer and build a relationship between Nick and Sarah is organized and fully developed. The relationship between Nick and Sarah is passionate and explicit in details. The virginal Sarah and the very experienced Nick make for some very steamy scenes. This is a very sexy, suspenseful thriller that I think the readers will enjoy.
