Lord Oliver Marsden is willingly submissive to his long time best friend Vincent Prescot. Oliver has been madly in love with Vincent for years even though the relationship between them is still new. Oliver wants to be something more to Vincent than a man that warms his bed. Is love too much to ask?

These two may be best friends but they are still in different social classes, Vincent has a rich bank account while Oliver is lucky to have clothes on his back. The hot sex and friendship these two share may be able to build bridges over some of their problems but it doesn't stop new ones from arising. I still feel as though Oliver gave in to Vincent too easily about everything.

This is the second story of Vincent and Oliver's romantic Sub/Dom relationship. Ava March has made this sequel to Bound by Deception as tempting as the first. Ava March addresses most the questions left by the first book while intertwining more of their lives into this story. This story gets deeper into what divides them as well as what keeps them together. Steamy hot passion fills the pages and leaves the reader wanting more. The plot was enjoyable as were the characters but I felt as though many issues were resolved too quickly. I felt agitated about some of the new characters because they didn't seem very developed but Vincent and Oliver still shined. Ava March is still one of my favorites as is this story.
