| Angelica Heart needed a boyfriend quick. She had to bring home a boyfriend for the holidays or she would never hear the end of it from her mother. Bradley Pennington goes to tell Angelica that her brother can’t be her escort for the weekend and to see if she is just doing it to get dirt on him, when he somehow finds himself agreeing to be her escort anyways.
What a fun read. Having a black sheep in each family makes for an interesting combination when Angelica and Bradley spend the holidays together. And what an interesting holiday it is. Angelica’s mom and sister and Bradley’s brother provide intriguing support characters. When reading the part where Angelica’s mom was hitting on Bradley I was cracking up. While I would’ve loved to have seen more of Angelica and Bradley’s relationship as it grew, I felt the story left you with a more than satisfying feeling. The chemistry between Angelica and Bradley was instantaneous and made for a few very hot scenes. This book has everything you would need in a good short story. Romance, hot sex, an entertaining plot, funny situations and more. If you enjoy stories that are an easy entertaining read that will leave you smiling, this is one story you will want to read.
