Brianna loves the land of her Irish heritage like no other. Michael is a rich American businessman who intends to turn the area into a resort for rich people and make himself richer. Seems their dreams are at odds with one another even as their bodies and hearts find solace and excitement neither has known before. The crystals read by her great grandmother says they are meant for one another. Could the crystals be wrong?

Delia Carnell has woven a superb tale of the real Irish, their heritage, the magic of the land and the sense of family through the ages. Brianna is well done as a woman who enjoys the past, what the ancestors of old have taught and revels in her magical gift. Her family, Molly, Libby, Joseph and her dead parents are all a part of her acceptance and love of the mysteries surrounding the land of Ireland outside the Americanized cities. The townspeople could be friends in any small town where everyone knows everyone else's business and lives.

Ah, but Michael, he's resistant to everything Brianna stands for. Not even the best sex of his life will lure him away from his goal. Seems he's built as stubborn as the most obstinate Irishman but Brianna has the red hair with a temper to match. It's not until he feels his own magic start to work that there's any chance for them.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It brought smiles, tears, head shaking chagrin at Michael's stubbornness. It's superb entertainment for St. Patrick's Day or any other time with an excellent storyline, erotic interludes and great dialogue.
