Bridget's Rainbow

Paranormal romance

When Bridget O'Halloran sees the magic rainbow one afternoon she wishes for a man to love -- one that would be strong, wise, and love her forever. That wish lands her right in Killarney Lake and the arms of her dream man. Duncan Garvey is in Ireland, healing emotional and physical wounds and saves a beauty from drowning. Now they face a ghost, a leprechaun, some fairies, an ex-girlfriend, and some well-meaning but interfering individuals. Will these two find a lasting love?

This is a spicy and fun escapade. How couldn't I love a host of paranormal matchmakers, a strong-willed heroine, and a tormented hero? There is humor throughout the story but it is not simply a silly tale. Bridget and Duncan are wonderfully accurate characters filled with deep emotion and their chemistry sizzles. I loved the contemporary setting with the feel of an historical novel. The plot is compelling and makes for a charming quick read. I recommend this imaginative piece to anyone who is looking for a little magical wonder in their life.
