| Going undercover is not what Corazon anticipated, but once she is given the chance to get a story on the bootlegger Romeo Taurean, a notorious pirate, she jumps at the prospect. She is surprised when she finds herself chained to a wall by the mysterious Romeo. She has an endless number of thoughts running through her head and if she could break free she would show him how she felt. Unfortunately, that's out of the question at the moment. Can this journalist manage to get her story and the pirate?
Romeo Taurean is not too happy that a journalist has entered their domain to spy on him and his crew. He promises that she will get her story but it will be the truth and nothing else. Can he trust her or will she be responsible for his capture once he releases her? The Butterscotch Brute is a Hot Flash read. Romeo is a pirate that oozes with sex appeal but underneath his exterior lies a heart of gold. Corazon is very inquisitive and will stop at nothing to disclose the pirate for his evil meandering ways. She soon discovers that she has been misled and the suave pirate is nothing as others label him. Their tender moments ignite the pages with their passionate romance. Kate Hill always amazes me how she can create such passionate spicy chemistry whether it is two pages or two hundred and two. Her brilliant creativity allows the reader to feel the characters emotions. She is a gifted writer that captivates.
