| Clay and his brother Chance live on their ranch in California with their housekeeper Mildred. With Mildred off to visit her sister at the moment, Chance finds the opportunity to hire a substitute housekeeper & makes the arrangements with Bobbie Carlington on one of his buying trips for the ranch, buying among other things, her horse. He mentions to his brother Clay that he has hired a Bobbie, without going into all specifics.
Once Bobbie has her affairs in order, she arrives on the ranch and Clay is in for the shock of his life. He at the sight of her has such an electric shock zipping right through his body and it is strong enough to warn him of serious trouble ahead. Both brothers are exceptionally good looking but Bobbie finds that she has a immediate distinct urge to plaster herself right up to Clays hard, sexy self and that unexpected feeling could be ranked right up in the Top Ten of Most Luscious Things to Savour. And little do both know but Chance had an idea or two for this entire setup..and he has enlisted Mildreds help. Absolute macho Clay cant believe the reaction to Bobbie that has overwhelmed him and he realizes that he cant seem to go for more than two seconds without thoughts of her keeping him in a very hot and bothered condition. For the first time in his life, he is not only confused by this influx of emotion he is experiencing but his obsession with Bobbie is so amazing. It takes no time at all before he loses all control. Clay is everything Bobbie has avoided in a man, just like her own father, a man who always made all decisions without any compromise, who would take what he wants when he wants and, if she didnt have this incredible thing for him the second he is anywhere near, she would have run the minute she spotted him. There is practically nothing more luscious than a story with an alpha male who falls really deeply in love and this story is just fantastic. I cant wait to read now the next story with brother Chance and his love Lacey, mentioned at the end.
