Michael and Elisa’s love story is emotional and seductive. It seduces the senses with well-written love scenes that curl around the reader leaving a warm glow. What woman wouldn’t want to be loved so completely? Characters are well defined. Michael, tries hard not to force Elisa into becoming his eternal partner, he wants her to choose and appears vulnerable. You know I liked that, he’s an alpha but his strength comes from that vulnerability where Elisa is concerned. It made him human. Elisa is a published author and an accomplished singer. Her dreams have never frightened her. Her only concern is that Michael wants Edie, not the bold modern day woman Elisa is.

However, I was left with a feeling of wanting to know more about Michael and his warriors. That tends to be me. I like to know more. It did not make any difference to my enjoyment of this novella. A fine romance that will leave you with a feel good factor.
