Normally I don't go for historical's but I found myself unable to put this one down. Kane is an intriguing character and readers will find themselves glued to the pages. Laura is a great character with spirit and determination that readers will love. The love scenes are romantic and passionate and will please romance readers of all genres. There is also the paranormal aspect which makes the story that much more interesting. Paranormal lovers will want to give this book a try and it is a must read for lovers of the historical genre.
