Darkyn can't believe that his cousins decided to capture Krysta. They were told not to capture or harm women or children, and they disobeyed. He has every intention of seeing her and sending her on her way. He has no time for women, he is on a mission to stop the greatest evil mankind has ever known from destroying everything. He never expected to find his mate waiting for him in Krysta.

Arda 3: The Captains Fancy is a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Annie Windsor manages to combine fairytale and futuristic to make a story that will definitely keep you reading until you are through. The sex in this story is practically non-stop, especially after Krista and Darken meet. There was so much of it that it was a little distracting at times, and overwhelmed the story line at certain points. Still, Krysta never stops being a strong, independent woman. Darkyn is a driven, lonely man until he meets her. They are both lonely, and think that they will never find their mate, or that they are destined for one. There is a lot going on in the background, and several secondary characters that deserve a book of their own. I am sure there will be more spin offs to this series, there is too much that we need to know! I really enjoyed reading this book, and would definitely recommend it.
