Though their initial meeting happens before the story starts, the impact of it is immediately evident. Both Carrie and Dallon are drawn back together by the strength of their physical attraction to each other. Their chemistry scorches the pages as they unleash and explore Carrie's naughty side. Of course, that exploration is tempered by Dallon's discovery that Carrie is more to him than he ever expected. Lissa Matthews has done a good job creating two characters who are perfectly suited for each other. They each discover something new about themselves through their experiences together. The pace of that discovery and their burgeoning relationship is perfectly suited to both the characters and the length of the story. There are no lulls in the story as it progresses steadily from the beginning to the end. This is a perfect story for anyone who wants a quick, steamy read with an enjoyable ending.
