| Casino Star Shine is a secret resort for the ultra-super rich. Lady Minestra aka Mistress Blaze finds herself there and on the auction block, virgin sex slave for sale to the highest bidder. Kalyx, Lord and High King of Go'loirs, is just there on vacation, enjoying the skills of the exciting employees, but once he sees the beautiful lady in distress he decides to make a bid at the auction.
This was my first book by Sultry Summers and it was really a lot of fun to read. The good guys, led by the extremely wonderful and hunky Kalx, were very good and the bad guys, particularly the evil dominatrix General Tra'vyn were so, so bad. And in the middle is the curiously sheltered Lady Minestra, warrior virgin at large. Oh, and did I mention there were pirates? Evil space pirates at that. Overall, the book moved well and definitely set up characters that I hope to see again in future. It was an interesting combination of a sweet romance and an erotic tale, both elements very well developed. There was also a sublte humor that was very enjoyable. I definitely plan to read more of Ms. Summers work in future and would recommend Casino Star Shine highly.
