Book one in the Quinguard Immortal Series is a really great and different paranormal which has a medieval twists along with a futuristic theme. Here we find a warrior who has suffered under a curse for over seven hundred years. Each day for him is a day filled with agonies one can only imagine. But as we will find in this story and the rest of this series, he's not alone. His quinguard, his men who were also cursed along with him, are missing and as Julian searches, he met Sofia, a healer, who he believes can break the curse that holds him captive. As he tries to convince her that he is innocent of any wrong doing, Sofia realizes that he is so much more than just a hero. He shows her just how much she means to him with his warm passionate ways and by letting Sofia set the pace of their relationship without rushing her into any kind of physical relationship she didn’t want. Within the pages of this excellent and well developed story, we learn that their love will come with a price. A price that will consume Sofia causing Julian to endure so much more anguish and heartbreak. But the solution is so much closer than Julian and Sofia can imagine.
