| Avery Cole is a computer geek and lusts after his very straight, or so he thinks, neighbor Ethan Rhodes. He coaches Ethan's daughters in softball and helps take care of his nephew. Avery is such a sweet, loving and good man but he is also awkward and vulnerable, especially around Ethan who he finds out has been out of the closet for a few years. Ethan asks him out on a date (the old fashioned way).
Ms. Knox wrote such a sweet and funny story. I was glued to the story from the first page, I couldn't put it down! The two have good chemistry and have such a good relationship. It's funny that Avery is the softball coach and does well, but he always manages to do something embarrassing when he sees Ethan. I spent the whole time reading this with a huge smile on my face. Avery and Ethan are quite a wonderful couple. I loved the supporting characters, Ethan's daughters and Avery's sister and nephew. I wasn't just smiling when I read this, I was laughing too! I'm more than happy I read this story. I loved it and I can't wait to read more from Ms. Knox!
