| Lucia is the party girl of the Gatos family. She definitely likes to have a good time, but more than that she loves her family. Her two sisters and one brother have disappeared, taken by the Catkind, and she is determined to find them, no matter what. She is on her way when she is kidnapped by not one, but two tigers. She is uncontrollably attracted to both of them even though she dislikes and fears their kind.
This is an interesting story with a rather abrupt ending. It is part of a series and really should be read as such to understand what is going on. I read it both ways and enjoyed it much more with the additional information. Orion and Jomei are two very sexy tigers, though Jomei is a bit difficult to like. Orion is logical and sees that Lucia is more than she appears as well as being their mate, Jomei is stubborn and as prejudiced as the humans he dislikes so much. The sex scenes are steamy and well-written and will make the reader as well as Lucia want to roar.
