Sahara Kelly starts off this carefree collection with a funny story about computer programs and their programmers. Joshua 4.0 will definitely heat up your life and add a bit of humor as well.

Barbarian by Kate Douglas is a tale of space travel, out-of-this world political intrigue, and sensual revenge.

Lani Aames' Manimal will captivate those with a craving for shape-shifters. This story includes a werewolf, and a mystery high in tension and extremely engaging.

In Ravyn Wilde's A.D. 2203: Adam & Eve we are asked the age-old question, what happens when the world is forced to accept werewolves, vampires and others as full citizens? What happens when an independent girl meets, and is mated to, an alpha werewolf?

At His Mercy by Doreen DeSalvo explores the paranormal and psychic side of life. How do you convince a skeptic that psychic powers and telepathy do exist? Quite simple - you read his mind!

And last, but certainly not least, is Lora Leigh's story Time-Share: Amelia's Journey. A tale about what happens when two healthy men are stranded on a planet and hell-bent on reproducing with one very ready female. A simple botany study gone awry.

This collection of short stories has been written by some of Ellora Cave's best and brightest authors. Each story is wonderful and first-rate despite their short length. Each story is full and complete. Readers are sometimes wary of an anthology, there are always one or two stories that do not seem to live up to others and thus drags down the overall feel of the book. This is definitely NOT the case with Ellora's Cavemen: Tales from the Temple 1. No dragging, no slow spots, and not one story that does not live up to the others! There is something for everyone - space travel, being marooned on another planet, psychic powers, shape-shifters, and a computer program that is true to life! There is intrigue, danger, love and laughter. A wonderful book and perfect for anyone! A must buy and a must read!
