Passion flares between them just like ten years ago, but after easing each other in the closet, Blair wants Zack to back off because she doesn't want to go through the pain of him leaving again. Zack knows he made the right choice ten years ago because of their ages and stages in their lives, but now he is ready to claim Blair as his own. He loves the sexy, confident woman she has become and he'll do what it takes to make her his.

This was a very hot story - be sure to have some ice water handy because the sexual tension is off the charts. Ms. Jameson really knows how to lead up to a "climatic" ending.

Four years ago, Kady and Shane fought for Lukas and the Federation, but Shane defected and became a rebel. Shane couldn't sway Kady's faith in the Federation and they went from lovers to enemies. After seeing Lukas cold-bloodedly murder innocent children, Kady realizes the Federation is evil and wants to join with Shane and his rebel forces. But Shane is unsure of her loyalty and blasts Kady's ship with deadly ionic beams. Forced to convey to his ship, Kady wonders what the future holds for them. They both readily admit love for each other, but Shane doesn't trust Kady and wants her to prove herself by submitting to his every whim. Kady agrees and they share some supercharged sex, then Shane issues a final challenge - to expose the Federation and kill Lukas. Will Kady pass this final challenge, even though she knows it will be a suicide mission? Will Shane really force her into this mission?

I really enjoyed this story. Ms. Ladd builds the sexual tension with humor and suspense and you can really feel how much Kady and Shane mean to each other. Warning: the beginning has scenes of children being slaughtered.
