Hot and sizzling from the beginning, this book is not one that you will want to put down for anything. You want to keep reading it until you're finished. The sex was sometimes rough, sometimes rushed, sometimes sweet, but always very hot. And I really like that the author writes about things that really happen in life and how problems can be solved if you talk things through. The story illustrated how one can really change their life if they want to and that people can have a relationship even if, in the beginning, they don't really have much in common. Lorelei James dazzles me with her steamy romances that have amazingly engaging plots and characters that you invest in. She has raised the bar for me in what I look for in a great erotic romance. And the big family in this series will have me coming back to read more about them. I think that you are going to like this story between Chase and Ava. All in all, this book was great with fantastic world-building, hot sex, great characters and an intense roller coaster ride of a plot.
