| When curvy executive chef Keira Bronley finds out she's about to lose her job she angrily confronts consultant Emory Dawson. The sexy man has no idea what her job entails and she's about to show him how decadent time in the kitchen with her can be. But can she make it clear their erotic encounter wasn't her way of saving her job?
This was a quick, tasty treat; an appetizer which satisfied like a full course meal. The leading characters were both easy to relate to and I enjoyed how we just jumped right into the action, caught up in Keira's outrage. My favorite leading ladies are curvy girls and I loved how this heroine was no shrinking violet and was willing to fight for her job. Emory was a fantastic hero, strong yet fair and complex, I enjoyed the kink he kept under his business suit. Speaking of kink, I couldn't quite get over using kitchen utensils in unimagined ways but the story was well written enough to keep me reading. The scenes were greatly detailed adding to rather than distracting from the action. I look forward to meeting other interesting characters from this author.
