Christmas Angel

Paranormal romance

When Jonathan Leary died suddenly of a stroke his daughter Kate's world felt like it fell apart. Her father has been watching her grief and it tears him apart. He asks the Elders in heaven to send someone to watch over her at least through the holidays. Who better to send than Zacharius, her guardian angel? Zach tries to sound like a macho guy but it doesn't take long for him to be feeling and thinking things that definitely aren't angelic.

Johanna Riley writes an excellent Christmas tale. The father and daughter have had one of those relationships like many of us have had with one or both of our parents. It's one of those stories like some of us have felt, mostly without the guardian angel coming down as a real person. Many of us have some beliefs that would easily allow us to believe that this is possible. Many of us have felt someone watching over us in our darkest hours. This is a superb story of love beyond the ordinary and a heaven that is all we can dream it to be.
