This anthology offered the best of the best by the Jewels of the Quill group of authors. The six stories were as diverse as the writers themselves. The initial book, All She Wore Was a Bow, was about Kincaid Hunter and Gloria Gibson. The readers were entertained with the story of two mismatched individuals who, against all odds, ended up with their very on HEA. Little Cat Feet brought us the tail of an animal who could talk on Christmas Eve and a young woman who ran away from home to find her grandmother. Christmas Faith told us the story of a woman in her fifties, one of a set of triplets, who had lost her faith. Although her clergyman father had named the girls Faith, Hope and Charity, faith became known as Fay because she refused her original name. Love sometimes returns with a minister as the other part of a couple.

Perfect Cadence, part of the Kaleidoscope Series, gave us a story from Fever, Texas, where a great man named Josh Lewis spent the holiday season in a family cabin which had been offered to his cousin’s co-worker, Keri, because she needed to get away from a bad relationship situation. The only shapeshifter storyline was Are You Listening. And finally, Annie’s Outlaw offered a fabulous story about a seven-year-old boy who was adopted when his mother died and no one seemed to know where his father ended up.

There was so much fabulous reading enjoyment in this anthology that I could not read it fast enough. These women offer some of this era’s greatest writings. However, this seemed to be above and beyond the levels I have come to expect. The characters were spectacular, the storylines enthralling, and the actions by even the lesser characters was spell-binding. I loved each of these stories, even those which are not my favorite genres.

I loved the books and am thrilled to be able to read/review them. Kudos to the authors. I highly recommend this anthology to everyone. You will definitely not be disappointed. I guarantee it.
