When first we met Lee Drace and Cherise Roberts, it was during the first book of the Drace Brothers series where Lee’s brother Zack fell in love with Cherise’s sister Traci. Lee was doing some work for Zack which involved removing Cherise from her beloved antique shop. It was love/hate on sight. Now, months later, the two are still extremely attracted to each other. Being thrown together for family functions was chaos. Lee was determined to prove to Cherise they had a future together.

Cherise had been hurt before and had issues with her plus size. She swore the family to secrecy so Lee wouldn’t know where she worked. She had made one terrific friend at her new job, a married white man named David. She’d also acquired a bitter enemy, Missy Payne, whose jaded opinion hurt Cherise more than she wanted anyone to know. She would work out her work problems if she didn’t have to deal extensively with her brother-in-law, Lee.

Ms. Marie Rochelle has, as expected, continued this dynamic series with another list topper. The two main characters were so explosive when they were around each other it was electrifying. These two people were so perfect for each other it was almost comical watching the eruptions between them. When the entire family unit got together, there were a myriad of people. However, there is no possibility that the unique individuals could get confused with each other.

We are once again exposed to Rochelle’s fantastic writing ability. Her mind must be soaring to enable her to capture the attention of such a myriad of readers who, like me, cannot get enough of her work. It amazes me that she continues to write book after book with fresh, new ideas which are absolutely captivating. The sensuality of her books is so enjoyable. There is always a vital storyline with endearing characters that can stand alone. The sex is important to the book, not just thrown in.

Once again, I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes to read romance. You won’t be disappointed in a Rochelle novel.
