Cold Clear Light of Morning is the sequel to An Exhalation of Larks. I haven't had the pleasure of reading the first one, but enough was said in this short story to make me understand the plot. I think this book is a great short story, with lots of steamy scenes to keep me entertained. I will definitely be looking for the first one!
