Ms. Banks has always done an amazing job of bringing the characters and their stories to life, and this book is no different. Callie is such a vibrant woman and is so strong emotionally. Max rocks her world, but when he leaves her, she's heartbroken. He tracks her down begging forgiveness and is given a second chance but he's hiding something that could destroy their relationship. And that is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the emotional rollercoaster this book will take you on. But when things are going good for them, the sex is plentiful and so hot you will need a nice cool drink to keep from overheating. The chemistry between these two, whether sexual or not, is off the charts. Add to this story some fantastic support characters, which we saw earlier in this series, and this is one well rounded book. Callie's family and friends are fantastic support characters that I was so happy to see them again in this book and to find out what is new with them since they all had their stories told. All in all, this is the third book in this series and whether you read it as a alone or as part of the series, it shouldn't be missed. This is one book and one series you definitely will want to read.
