Hunting the ruthless Indian outlaws who had killed one of the women from his tribe, war chief Broken Blade enters their camp intent on killing their leader. Spying his target, Blade entered the tent and found not only the ruthless renegade, but also a beautiful, naked, bound woman. Praying for a miracle, Samantha was rescued by Blade who took her away from the outlaw camp. Soon Samantha and Blade will find themselves involved in a passionate and raw sexual adventure, which is forbidden in everyway. But as we know, the heat can be treacherous on the carnal side.

Comanche Heat, so far, is one of the hottest books I have read for this year. Talk about burning up the pages!

As we all know from our Native American History, any relationship formed between a white woman and an Indian was strictly prohibited. But when Samantha and Blade met one another, the instantaneous sexual heat that flared between them could not be stopped. Struggling to fight their feelings, both Samantha and Blade will face many obstacles in both their paths. As chief, Blade had many responsibilities, which included taking care of his people along with his brother's widow. I like how the author gives us an insight into Native American way of life. These people were proud and very family oriented, looking out for one another so that no one would go hungry or be in need. Each character within this story plays an intriguing part making the plot flow in a unique way. Historical books make us remember and show us much of the lives of people of long ago. I greatly appreciate how Ms. Gideon has given us not only a dramatic love story, but an educational one as well.
