Instead of pursuing her own interests, Keira Collins has been taking care of her siblings ever since her mother's death years ago. Only recently has she rekindled her dreams by going back to school to pursue a degree in business. The only problem is the way her fantasies of her English professor distract her from her other responsibilities. Will Wallace's appearance at her family's pub after the semester is over only complicates matters? He makes it clear that he wants to pursue a relationship that has nothing to do with writing papers now that she's no longer a student in his class.

Anyone who enjoys the lure of the forbidden and taboo will be immediately drawn into this story. Even the structure of the classroom cannot keep the attraction between Keira and Will from growing, though they are both determined not to let anything happen. Those carefully banked fires blaze almost out of control once the restrictions of the university are taken out of the equation. The heat between them burns up the pages as they act out their fantasies with each other and will leave readers in need of something to cool them off.

While the sexual chemistry between Will and Keira is the driving force of the story, there are plenty of obstacles they must overcome. Keira's feeling of responsibility for her family is endearing but also frustrating in the way it holds her back. Will's patience with her is what allows her to develop throughout the story. They are both well written characters separately, but together they are so much more engaging. All of Keira's family members are also great characters who are essential to the plot and progression of the story.

Mari Carr has delivered an extremely hot, erotic story. Everything about it is satisfying, especially the ending. I am definitely looking forward to the next in this series about the Collins siblings.
