Stephanie comes from a small town and thought she would never want to go back to one. When her best friend and business partner decides it's time for a trip back home to get revenge on all of the people who used to put her down, Stephanie can think of better things to do. However after getting there she finds herself being arrested for indecent exposure, which is ridiculous and she meets Sheriff Jack Logan. Stephanie just may decide that small towns aren't so bad after all if they come with men like Jack.

Jack has never wanted to leave his small town, he knows everyone and everyone knows him. Then his life is completely turned upside down when troublemaker Venus comes back to town with her sexy friend Stephanie in tow. Now Jack who has no aspirations of settling down is thinking in those terms, even more disconcerting is the fact he can't keep his hands off of her. This bold and brassy woman isn't willing to give up the big city life for a small town, can Jake convince her small towns aren't so bad after all?

Confessions Of A Wicked Woman is an excellent book with a plot that will keep you reading until the end of the book. I couldn't put this book down because I became so engrossed in the characters and the small world of small towns. Stephanie is definitely a firecracker, she is used to being the good girl and this is her chance to let loose, with the help of her friend Venus. Jack is strong and sexy and totally alpha where Stephanie is concerned. Together this couple is explosive and the love scenes are fraught with tension and sensuality. Susanna Carr has penned another book that reader's will come back to read again and again.
